Production

All littilldeath pieces are handmade in-house at 508 Brockton.

Most items are made to order. Please allow 2–3 business days for production before your item ships. During periods of higher order volume, production time may extend slightly.

Because each item is individually constructed and, in some cases, hand spray-painted, slight variations may occur. These variations are part of the uniqueness of each piece.

Shipping

Once production is complete, your order will be shipped via standard shipping.

Delivery time varies depending on destination and carrier. You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped.

littilldeath is not responsible for carrier delays once the package has been transferred to the shipping provider.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the handmade and made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are considered final.

However, we value fairness and customer satisfaction.

If you experience an issue with your order (such as damage or a production defect), please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number

• Clear photos (if applicable)

• A description of the issue

Each case will be reviewed individually. If appropriate, we may offer:

• Repair guidance

• Store credit

• A partial discount toward a future order

Refunds are not offered for:

• Incorrect size selection

• Change of mind

• Natural variations in hand spray-painted items

We encourage customers to contact us before ordering with any sizing or product questions.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After production has begun, cancellations are no longer possible.
